We’re looking for a Social Media Assistant who has hands-on experience with social media account management, scheduling platforms, a strong understanding of social media, and a creative eye for content.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily engagement: responding to DMs, comments, and reviews across client accounts
- Post and schedule content using Hootsuite and Sprout Social
- Assist with content creation and brainstorming — sourcing inspiration, spotting trends, and helping shape engaging posts
- Handle design tasks as needed — using tools like Canva or Photoshop to create simple, on-brand graphics
- Monitor accounts to track performance and ensure consistency
- Handle recurring social tasks that keep accounts active and thriving
- Collaborate with the team on new campaign ideas and initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience with Hootsuite and Sprout Social (required)
- Strong communication and writing skills for captions, comments, and client interactions
- Strong eye for design and aesthetics — able to create clean, engaging visuals when needed
- Organized multitasker who can manage multiple accounts at once
- Reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines
Growth Opportunity:
This role starts with supporting day-to-day operations but has the potential to evolve. The right person can grow into larger responsibilities in strategy, analytics, campaign management, creative direction, influencer outreach, and more.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have advanced design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing)
- Have managed social media accounts professionally before
- Stay up-to-date with trends, viral moments, and best practices
Perks:
- Flexible schedule and remote-friendly
- Exposure to multiple industries and brands
- Opportunity to grow into broader social media roles as the team expands
