About the Role
We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Coordinator who is hungry to learn, passionate about storytelling, and deeply curious about how great brands are built. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of Brand across a wide range of projects — from planning photoshoots and supporting creative campaigns to contributing to social content and cross-functional initiatives.
You’re the kind of person who:
- Has an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Thrives in ambiguity
- Speaks up with ideas and isn’t afraid to ask questions
- Brings positive energy and a can-do spirit to everything you do
- Figures things out — even if you've never done it before
This is a rare opportunity to get hands-on experience across the full scope of brand-building and creative marketing at a fast-paced, purpose-driven company.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the Head of Brand on day-to-day brand initiatives and creative campaigns
- Help plan and coordinate brand photoshoots — from logistics to talent communications and on-set support
- Contribute ideas and assist in the development of social content, brand storytelling, and visual assets
- Support cross-functional brand projects with product, ecomm, and marketing teams
- Conduct trend research and competitive analysis to inform creative strategy
- Own small projects end-to-end with support and guidance
- Help organize and maintain brand assets, moodboards, and calendars
- Be a culture carrier — someone who brings energy, insight, and great taste to the table
What You Bring
- A genuine passion for brand, design, and creative marketing
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter attitude with a love for solving problems and learning on the fly
- Familiarity with social platforms and content trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Experience with photoshoot coordination, content creation, or creative projects — even in school or internships — is a bonus
Experience
- BA in Marketing, Communications, PR or a related degree
- Full of ideas, a skilled and confident content creator
- Interest in and/or knowledge of style and fashion
- Results driven
- Great visual eye
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced collaborative environment
