The Opportunity
This is your opportunity to earn over $350k at one of the most exciting fintech companies coming out of the Bay Area!
They’re hiring an elite Account Executive who wants to earn significant amounts of money, take full ownership of their sales process and be rewarded for it.
Their vision is massive and will unlock trillions in value for the world. The goal is building products for seismic change and to be on the right side of history. You will drive impact on Day 0. Part of a lean team, you’ll help rapidly build, scale, and distribute our platform, solve complex problems for customers, and drive real-world impact you’ll be proud of.
You’ll work out of a converted waterfront house-office in San Francisco, complete with call pods, firepit, gym, and water views, not some grey office park.
Close big, earn bigger, and help redefine what modern business banking should look like.

What you’ll do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- You’ll need to build your own pipe but you’ll be supported by world class marketing.
- Keep deals moving fast and clean, often closing in one or two conversations.
- You’ll shape the culture from our waterfront office where you can lift weights between calls, and celebrate wins with the team.
Who you are
- 2-3 years closing deals in FinTech, payments, SaaS or similar high-velocity products.
- Consistent top-tier performance against quota, with receipts to prove it.
- Fearless on the phone and crisp in writing.
- Background in competitive sports (e.g. NCAA D1) or another high-pressure pursuit that shaped how you work.
- Excited to immerse yourself in a high-energy, high performance in-person every day startup culture.
- Financially motivated, driven by massive earning potential and fast-paced growth.
- Someone who wants more than just a job and is driven to go all in and make it count.
What you'll get
- Base Salary: $120-$150k plus $120-150k uncapped commission
