🏆 The Opportunity
- OTE: $105k–$135k (base $75k–$95k + $30k–$40k uncapped commission)
- Relocation support + 100% covered medical, dental, vision
- Work in a converted waterfront house with gym, firepit, pods for calls, and bay views
- Full ownership of your pipeline, with clear progression to Account Executive within 12–18 months

🔑 What You’ll Do
- Hunt new business through targeted outbound outreach (email, cold calls, social selling)
- Convert inbound leads quickly and effectively
- Qualify opportunities with precision and hand them to AEs ready to close
- Partner with Account Executives to keep the pipeline healthy and moving
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
- Develop product expertise and deliver a polished pitch every time
- Embrace feedback, apply it, and grow sharper each week
- Represent the brand with energy, confidence, and professionalism
👤 Who You Are
- Hunter’s mindset – thrive on chasing opportunities and winning meetings
- 1–2 years in sales or prospecting (SaaS or fintech experience a plus)
- Confident communicator—persuasive on the phone, sharp in writing
- Competitive by nature—whether in sports, academics, or other pursuits
