We currently have thousands of active users from dozens of enterprise-grade customers on pledged/paid long-term contracts. Our leadership joined from Adobe, PayPal, AWS, and Harvard Law.
We built the first platform that handles the unique challenges our customers face from beginning-to-end. The ideal candidate will not only be a natural problem solver but will also enjoy the thrill of discovering which problems our users need solved in the first place. None of our customers have ever used a product like our’s before.
Role and Responsibilities
- Continuously develop your understanding of the needs and wants of our customers
- Design, build, and tune our users’ workflows
- Own end-to-end implementation of business-critical features
About You
- 3+ years of experience shipping software
- Demonstrated competency in React/Typescript/Postgres
- Experience working with end-users (doesn’t need to be in tech)
