Associate Equity Research Analyst – Healthcare

Established healthcare-focused alternative asset manager is seeking an Associate Equity Research Analyst to join its investment team. The role will report to a senior investment partner and support investment diligence, fundamental research, and sourcing.
Compensation Range: The base salary range for this role is $150k to $175k, depending on experience, skills, and geographic location.
Bonus/Incentive Compensation: Eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation.

The ideal candidate will have:
- At least one year of sell-side equity research experience, preferably within healthcare services
- Superior financial modeling capabilities
- Proven ability to conduct primary research and investment analysis
- Ability to think critically and communicate in a concise, organized manner
- Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
- Competitive drive balanced with strong teamwork skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic
