We are highly involved in portfolio company operations, with a focus on building repeatable go-to-market playbooks and partnering with founders & mgmt. teams to accelerate growth & profitability.
Role description
We’re hiring an Investment Associate to join our team with a near term start. Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing: identify new opportunities and build relationships with founders & advisors
- Deal execution: evaluate and drive investment process through market & competitive research, financial modeling and preparation of investment committee materials
- Portfolio value creation: support portfolio companies through their lifecycle
Qualifications
- Low ego: kind, collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- A bias to action: proactive, scrappy and able to problem solve to get things done
- Strong communicator: clear, concise and confident with written & verbal communication
- Highly technical: strong financial modeling skills with ability to distill & present complex topics
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, investing or similar role
