Must-Haves:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
One of our automotive clients is looking for a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in Dearborn, MI. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Director’s operations through strategic planning, data analysis, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget Management
- Oversee budgets for prototype parts, vehicle orders, personnel headcount, and purchase service orders.
- Deliver data-driven insights and reporting delivering for the Director.
- Resource Planning
- Align staffing plans with corporate strategy over a 5-year horizon.
- Ensure budgetary alignment and strategic resource allocation.
- Operational Support
- Manage agendas, seating arrangements, town hall coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Business Analytics & KPI Tracking
- Monitor and report on KPIs across the Director’s organization (approx. 34–35 metrics).
- Conduct data validation and dashboard integration for performance tracking.
Compensation:
$55,000 to $80,000 per year annual salary.
