The Opportunity
We are seeking a
Marketing Operations Intern to join our team for the spring semester. This role is ideal for a junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field who is eager to apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain valuable experience analyzing markets, refining lead management, and evaluating competitors in the print finishing industry, while also supporting additional marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do
As a Marketing Operations Intern, your primary projects will include:
- Market Segmentation Analysis - Evaluate target markets to tailor strategies for services such as packaging, direct mail, and specialty print finishing
- Lead Scoring System - Develop and test a system to prioritize and qualify leads
- Competitor Analysis - Research competitor strategies and provide insights on opportunities
You may also assist with other marketing operations initiatives, such as email marketing campaigns, website optimization, and special projects.
What We're Looking For
- Junior or senior with strong academic performance (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Coursework or experience in market segmentation, analytics, or marketing strategy
- Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly
