Manufacturing Engineer
• Location: Miami, FL
• Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)
• Length: Until 01/2026 (Contract extension expectation)
• Pay Rate - $35 - $39 hourly
• Work Authorization - Must be able to work in the U.S. with approved authorization status.
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for providing technical support to the manufacturing lines of diagnostics products.
- Provide day-to-day technical support and driving complex root cause investigations, for the instrument manufacturing product lines, including the assembly and final test processes, to drive quality and on-time delivery for our customers.
- Lead in solving technical issues and delays in production by driving to root cause through design of experiments and working cross functionally with other teams in the organization
- Develop and implement new or enhance existing manufacturing methods, techniques, processes, and tooling on fabricated parts, components, subassemblies, and final products
- Coordinate the implementation of changes due to process changes, product enhancements/revisions, and new product launches to ensure smooth transition to the production floor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience, or a master’s degree with 0+ years of experience (Engineering degrees in mechanical, electrical, and industrial preferred)
- Experience in interpreting and creating technical drawings/schematics
- Regulated Industries (e.g. FDA, ISO) – Preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish – Preferred
