Digital Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant to help us manage content and campaigns for our incredible clients in the food, bar, and hospitality industries across San Antonio and Austin.
This is a client-facing role that requires creativity, professionalism, and adaptability. You’ll assist with photography, videography, content creation, public relations, and social media management. You’ll also play a key support role in account management — working directly with business owners, community leaders, and local brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture and edit photo/video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
Design social media graphics (using Canva or similar tools)
Assist with writing captions and campaign content
Attend client shoots, meetings, and events (some travel required)
Help manage posting calendars and client communication
Represent our agency professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of experience managing or assisting with small business or restaurant/bar social media
Creative eye for content and trends
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable behind AND in front of a camera
Professional attitude and appearance (you'll be face-to-face with business owners & city leaders)
Reliable transportation
