The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting Pegasus Senior Living Communities with their financial performance. Primary responsibilities of the position include financial forecasting, cost projections and developing financial models.
Highlights Of The Financial Analyst Position - Experience as a financial analyst in Senior Living Industry preferred.
- College degree in finance, business, economics, or accounting, or any management related degree
- Excel - Expert Level
- Building reports
- Pivot tables
- Power query
- Proficient in writing & understanding formulas
- Intermediate Level of Power BI
- An understanding of DAX formulas
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
