About the Role: Financial Analyst
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial performance of our senior living communities. You’ll collaborate with leadership to provide insights, forecasts, and models that drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Analyze cost projections and performance metrics
- Partner with community leaders to support financial planning
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a Financial Analyst in the senior living or healthcare industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query)
- Intermediate Power BI skills, including DAX formulas
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-directed with excellent time management and prioritization abilities
