Job Description
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Support in developing functional specifications and workflow diagrams.
- Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of system changes.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide end-user support and respond to inquiries on system functionality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Internship or academic project experience in business analysis or related roles will be considered.
- Familiarity with SDLC, requirements gathering, or tools like JIRA or Confluence is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools/processes, and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
