Our consulting team partners with upstream oil & gas companies on digital transformation initiatives, including application and data modernization. We are also moving quickly with Artificial Intelligence, both for how we operate and how we can consult on AI Adoption for our clients. While this is not an immediate opening, we are building a pipeline of talented early-career professionals interested in joining us as Business Analysts when new projects are secured.
This role is designed for candidates with 2–5 years of experience who are eager to grow their careers in business analysis and consulting. As a Business Analyst, you will support client projects by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and helping align business needs with technology solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Support stakeholder engagement by gathering and documenting business and data requirements.
- Participate in client workshops, working sessions, and interviews alongside senior consultants.
- Contribute to requirements analysis, business process mapping, and solution documentation.
- Assist in the development of functional specifications and project deliverables.
- Organize and analyze business data, reports, and key metrics to support recommendations.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Learn and apply consulting methodologies, communication skills, and problem-solving
- techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or project coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Interest in building a career in consulting and supporting upstream oil & gas clients.
- Exposure to project management or business analysis frameworks (CBAP, CAPM, PMP coursework) is a plus.
