MADCo. Executive Assistant + Studio Operations Coordinator (Los Angeles)
Full-time 1099 contractor. Start ASAP. Base $4,000/month with potential increases based on reliability, ownership, and scope. In-person presence required. Holiday and after-hours availability when projects require it. Initial 90-day trial.
What you’ll own:
- Founder support: calendar control, inbox management, meeting prep, travel and on-site logistics
- Studio operations: Google Drive hygiene, simple SOPs, HoneyBook pipelines and templates, Airtable tracking
- Vendors and inventory: quotes, samples, orders, labeling, returns, storage, and shoot/event prep
- Client pipeline: proposals, scheduling, follow-ups, polished comms and decks
- Event support: installs, production days, packing/unpacking, on-site problem solving (lift 30 lbs)
What you’ve done
- 2+ years supporting a founder or creative lead with measurable ownership of systems and execution
- Built simple, durable workflows that keep teams on schedule without reminders
- Strong written communication and design literacy in Canva or Slides; high discretion and judgment
- Reliable transportation, laptop, phone, and Wi-Fi; comfort enforcing protected founder time
