- $100,000 - $110,000 annually

Responsibilities - Conduct secure telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Build individualized treatment strategies that adapt to client needs
- Document services accurately and in compliance with state regulations
- Participate in peer collaboration to support client outcomes

Requirements - Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Active Washington license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT)
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and online documentation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
