About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in St. Louis, MO. This role oversees manufacturing engineering and CNC programming functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering team, including Manufacturing Engineering and CNC Programming.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and regulations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and enhance existing product efficiencies.
- Oversee equipment and capital investment planning to meet capacity and technology needs.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate project updates clearly.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for team members and support their professional growth.
- Assist with proposals, technical write-ups, and cost estimates for Sales and Business Development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- At least 4 years of experience supervising or leading engineering teams or projects.
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing, including machining, complex assembly, metals, composites, or systems engineering.
- Proven ability to lead teams, resolve complex technical issues, and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Project engineering experience in estimating, planning, scheduling, and budget control.
- Ability to create and execute action plans independently.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
