You’ll spend your time building strong relationships with walk-in customers, while also using platforms like Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist to generate leads and keep business moving.

What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers — answer calls, greet walk-ins, and make every interaction count.
- Leverage online selling tools like Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist to promote inventory and engage with potential buyers.
- Manage and follow up on digital leads quickly to turn interest into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across your territory.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects our family-owned values.
- Work collaboratively with service and parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Take initiative to keep learning and growing your sales skills.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Sales experience (retail, online, or equipment sales).
- Knowledge of the equipment or construction industry.
- Familiarity with Bobcat products.
