Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts and demonstrate expertise in various analytical techniques. This role is critical in supporting client investment decisions and ensuring the successful management of our client(s) real estate portfolio. The Real Estate Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, financial modeling, and risk analysis to provide actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive data collection and quantitative research to support real estate investment decisions.
- Perform financial analysis, including cash flow analysis and forecasting, to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Engage in underwriting processes to assess the viability of real estate projects.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations that summarize findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models that support portfolio management strategies.
- Utilize negotiation skills to assist in deal structuring and contract discussions.
- Monitor market trends and conduct equity research to identify emerging opportunities or risks within the real estate sector.
- Implement fraud prevention and detection measures as part of the due diligence process for loan origination and mortgage servicing activities.
- Conduct credit analysis to assess borrower qualifications and risk profiles associated with financing options.
- Maintain proficiency in financial software tools relevant to real estate analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts and technical accounting principles.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, portfolio management, and risk analysis within the real estate sector is advantageous.
- Familiarity with loan processing, tax experience, and banking operations is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective financial report writing and presentation delivery.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
