Strategic Planning and Development:
- Develop and oversee the execution of the company’s short-term and long-term strategic objectives.
- Leads the strategic planning process, collaborates with leadership to identify key growth areas, operational improvements, and market expansion opportunities.
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s business goals and market opportunities.
- Develop and drive new, strategic product roadmap, ensuring it reflects market needs, customer insights, and emerging trends.
- Continuously evaluate the product portfolio to identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, or improvement.
- Provide insight and analysis into emerging market trends, industry shifts, and competitor strategies to shape company direction.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis and identify market gaps to drive business differentiation.
Product Development & Execution:
- Identification of strategic product opportunities from ideation, through development, GA solution releases, and successful commercialization
- Works closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Provide strategic direction re product design, ensuring a user-centric approach and that products meet customer needs and quality standards.
- Collaborate on new product launches, working with marketing and sales teams to promote and position new products effectively in the market
Innovation & Problem Solving:
- Support and continue to drive a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging creative problem-solving and new ideas to drive product excellence.
- Lead strategic brainstorming sessions, prototype development, and the testing of new concepts to drive product differentiation in the market.
- Ensure products are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term company goals in terms of driving Cloud Revenue and ACV.
