We’re now looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team — but this is not your traditional EA role.
This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and wants to be hands-on in building a brand. You’ll work directly with the CEO across key initiatives, ensuring projects, events, and operations run seamlessly. From managing event logistics to assembling POS kits, from supporting marketing projects to coordinating schedules, you’ll be the glue that keeps things moving.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to manage and execute major projects across the business
- Coordinate events, including planning, setup, travel, and on-site support (some nights and weekends required)
- Help assemble and manage POS and brand kits for distribution
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns with research, execution, and follow-up
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, communications, and project tracking
- Ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track
- Provide flexible, hands-on support wherever the business needs it most
Skills & Experience
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Adaptable and resourceful — able to pivot quickly and wear multiple hats
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with event coordination and willing to travel locally and nationally as needed
- Proficient with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software)
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience in marketing, events, or operations a plus
- A self-starter with passion, hustle, and drive
