The Opportunity:
This is a 3-month contract to make a lot of money, fast. We're a growing permanent lighting company in Columbus looking for one elite sales closer for our busy season, which is happening right now until the end of December.
The opportunity is huge. We are in the hottest time of the year, our average sale is $5,000, and our close rate is a proven 35%. We will also provide you with 20+ qualified appointments every month to get you started.
Your Mission:
Your job is to turn our warm leads into happy customers. You will:
- Run 5+ pre-set, in-home appointments each week.
- Follow up with leads from your phone to book more appointments.
- Engage with people on our social media to find new leads.
- Build partnerships with local businesses.
Training & Support:
You'll be trained by a sales pro with over 10 years of experience. We give you proven scripts, coaching, and all the tools you need to succeed.
The Deal:
- Position: Sales Closer (1099 Contract, now until Dec 31st)
- Pay Potential: $10,000 to $15,000+ per month (100% commission)
- Commission: 15% on provided appointments, 17.5% on warm leads you close, and 20% on deals you generate yourself.
Who We're Looking For:
- You have at least 3 years of sales experience. In-home sales is a major plus.
- You are a great communicator, both online and on the phone.
- You are professional, driven, and motivated by money.
- You have your own reliable vehicle.
