Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and have experience in content creation, social media management, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling and managing social media posts.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, responding appropriately to audience interactions.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to optimize campaigns and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, e-commerce, and graphic design to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts and improve organic reach.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels while adapting content for different audiences.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Skills

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing best practices.
