The Role:
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our client base. You’ll focus on lead generation, business door-to-door prospecting, building long-term relationships, and closing new contracts. This position has a nice based salary and commissions on top of that.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate new business through Outside B2B sales and direct client engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, leasing agents, and decision makers
- Identify opportunities, present solutions, and close sales
- Meet and exceed monthly growth targets; 8+ new customers using our proven sales system.
- Keep customers retention rates at 95% or better
- Cross-sell 5% of our customers on a monthly basis.
- Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of proven success in Outside B2B sales and/or marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with a hunter’s mentality — motivated to succeed
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with multifamily/apartment or service industries (a plus, but not required)
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, cleaners and admin team.
What We Offer:
- Base salary of $62,000 to $72000/year+ uncapped commission
- Some of our sales executives make $1300-$4500/month in commissions alone.
