We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to grow and engage our online community by creating content worth following. You should be confident in front of the camera as well as behind it, planning and producing content that connects with our audience in authentic, stylish, and strategic ways.
What you’ll do:
- Manage our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook feeds, plus expand our presence on Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, and emerging platforms.
- Be in the room (literally) with our design teams capturing behind-the-scenes moments, filming trending videos, and turning them into polished posts.
- Edit your own content, including short-form video, Reels, TikToks, and Stories, using your creative eye and quick skills.
- Engage with our followers: respond to comments, keep the conversation going, and build community.
- Plan and schedule posts so our feeds look chic and consistent.
What we’re looking for:
- A recent grad or early-career creative who lives and breathes social media.
- Comfortable both behind the camera and in front of it. You’ll be featured in content as much as you create it.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or whatever tools make your edits pop).
- Well spoken, well presented, with an innate sense of style. You just get fashion.
- A portfolio or examples of your past work (TikToks, IG posts, campaigns, or even your personal accounts) that show your creativity.
- Ability to monitor post and campaign performance, share feedback, and suggest improvements to keep content fresh and effective.
- Experience with paid social ads is a plus.
