Wind Pearl Capital LLC, a micro-cap private equity firm based in New York City, is seeking an in-person undergraduate intern for an in-semester internship available to start immediately. This is an unpaid internship designed for students who want hands-on exposure to private equity and the deal sourcing process.
About the Role:
You’ll work directly with our leadership team to help identify and evaluate acquisition targets for our fund. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in:
- Market research and industry analysis
- Financial screening and target evaluation
- Private equity investment strategy at the micro-cap level
Qualifications:
- US citizen or permanent resident
- Undergraduate student in finance, economics, business, or a related field
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Interest in private equity, entrepreneurship through acquisition, or investment banking
- Ability to work in person in NYC
- Available to work during the semester and start immediately
