Location: Remote US Based (must work EST business hours)
Schedule: Part-time, ~10-15 hours per week
Duration: 6-month contract
Compensation Range: $40-$45/hr (W2)
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our wholesale insurance division, focusing on crafting and distributing strategic email communications that drive business development and address complex risk challenges. You will work closely with strong personalities and fast-paced teams, requiring a confident approach and the ability to stand your ground on project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing: Design, build, and deploy strategic email campaigns, including at least three reusable templates.
- Content Management: Partner with business development leaders to collect, refine, and format content for weekly email distributions.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance metrics for all email campaigns using HubSpot and Google Analytics, providing weekly performance data to the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on email marketing.
- Expertise in HubSpot for building, managing, and deploying email campaigns.
- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing performance data using HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, working effectively with fast-moving, assertive teams.
- A confident, no-nonsense attitude and the ability to stand by your decisions regarding project timelines and scope.
- Experience in the insurance or a related financial services field is highly preferred. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for building email templates is a plus.
