Role Summary
You will run the marketing machine day to day. Your job is to publish, track, QA, and improve. You will execute across email, website, social, webinars, and analytics so the team can scale what works. Extra bonus if you are skilled in graphic design.
What You’ll Do
Publishing and Campaign Execution
- Build and ship multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and the website from ready content and briefs.
- Schedule social posts and newsletters, manage calendars, and keep all assets organized.
Email Marketing and Marketing Ops
- Build lists and segments, set up sequences, run A/B tests, and report results in tools like Apollo and HubSpot.
- Own deliverability basics, link tracking, and QA before launch.
Website and Landing Pages
- Update pages, publish blogs, and spin up landing pages for webinars and pilots using the CMS or no-code builders
- Maintain UTM standards and conversion tracking.
Analytics and Reporting
- Maintain and tweak Google Analytics and Search Console, plus platform analytics for LinkedIn and email.
- Produce weekly scorecards on reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, and list growth. Turn insights into simple next-step recommendations.
Webinars and Events
- Coordinate logistics, registration, reminder and follow-up emails, and post-event nurture.
- Package recordings and highlights for repurposing across channels.
Social and Community
- Post, comment, and moderate where relevant to RIAs and enterprise wealth audiences.
- Repurpose long-form content into short posts, carousels, and clips using Canva and basic editors.
Process and QA
- Maintain asset libraries, naming conventions, UTMs, and checklists.
- QA every link, form, merge tag, and layout before release.

- Love shipping. You take a brief and get it live with clean execution and on-time delivery.
- Are organized and detail obsessed. Nothing ships without QA.
- Are tool fluent or quick to learn: Apollo, Canva, Figma, Notion, Hubspot, BeeHiiv, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, basic CMS.
- Communicate clearly with short status updates and simple dashboards.
- Understand B2B tone. Signal over noise for advisor and enterprise buyers.
- Are comfortable in an early-stage environment where priorities move and speed matters.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years in marketing coordination or growth ops for B2B SaaS or services.
- Hands-on experience scheduling social posts, building email campaigns, updating websites, and pulling analytics.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and UTM discipline.
- Strong spreadsheet skills for list cleaning and reporting.
- Excellent writing and proofreading for short-form copy, subject lines, and UI labels.
Nice to Have
- Fintech or wealth management exposure.
- Basic video editing for short social clips. Comfort using AI for support.
- CRM familiarity and simple automation flows.
First 90 Days Outcomes
- Launch a reliable weekly shipping cadence across social and email with a clean calendar.
- Stand up dashboards with channel, campaign, and conversion views.
- Improve email deliverability and CTR by running two structured A/B tests per month.
- Reduce publishing errors to near zero through a simple QA checklist and template library.
- Produce a concise weekly marketing snapshot for leadership in Notion.
