📍 New York City | Sales Development Representative – EliseAI

Compensation:
- Junior SDR: $60K base + $44K variable (total $104K)
- Senior SDR: $70K base + $44K variable (total $114K)
About the Role:
As an SDR at EliseAI, you’ll be the first impression for potential clients, generating pipeline and driving conversations that fuel growth. You’ll prospect, qualify leads, and work closely with Account Executives to help scale our AI solutions in housing and healthcare.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate new leads and manage pipeline for the AE team
- Conduct cold/warm calls and multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social)
- Engage executives and decision-makers, building relationships that drive impact
- Provide feedback to shape sales strategy and product approach
Who We’re Looking For:
- Seniority: 1+ years in sales development or outbound prospecting; currently in an SDR/BDR role or strong new grads
- Work Experience: B2B SaaS/tech, ≥12 months at one company, promoted along SDR track, experience in high-touch/enterprise outbound sales, demonstrated quota attainment
- Hard Skills: 6+ months CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach)
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, adaptable, strong ownership, excellent communicator and team player
