ERP Systems Analyst
Location: On-Site | Schedule: Monday–Friday, Daytime Hours
We’re seeking ERP Systems Analyst to maintain and optimize Twang’s Acumatica ERP system. Reporting to the CFO, this is the subject matter expert for ERP systems and ensures that technology resources support operational efficiency, secure workflows, and cross-department collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operating system, network, and application issues promptly.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Acumatica ERP and develop optimized data views
using SQL.
- Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows and maximize ERP functionality.
- Design and implement automation tools for inventory management, shipping, reporting,
and production efficiency analysis.
- Research emerging technologies and cybersecurity threats to recommend innovative
solutions.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 3–5 years of IT systems administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing
environment.
- Proven ERP management experience (Acumatica strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data consolidation).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Pay: $85,113.92 - $95,000.00 per year
