Position Details
- Location: San Jose, CA - Hybrid
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Shift: 4:00 am to 1:00 pm (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities
- Source and Recruit High-Quality Candidates to Meet our Clients’ Needs
- Screen and Interview Qualified Candidates
- Create strong relationships with Healthcare Providers, serving as their Primary Point of Contact
- Oversee Healthcare Providers
- Negotiate Wages with Candidates
- Staff and Schedule Healthcare Providers
- Manage Relationships with Ro Health Clients
- Develop Skills Needed in a Management Role
- Handle Additional Operations including Payroll and Marketing
- Operate at All Times with a High Level of Honesty and Integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Leadership Experience
Compensation
- Pay: Salary + Commission ($62k annual compensation guarantee)
- Quarterly Bonuses!
