Job Title: Investment Associate

Role Overview
This role involves sourcing, evaluating, and executing minority equity investments in private market sponsor firms. The Associate will support strategic initiatives, capital formation, and long-term growth efforts across a portfolio of mid-market investment managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and valuation of sponsor firms
- Lead and support due diligence processes, including market and operational assessments
- Assist in deal structuring, documentation, and coordination with external advisors
- Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
- Support fundraising and co-investment structuring efforts
- Prepare investment memos and present findings to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or asset management
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Familiarity with private market sponsors and fund structures
- Experience working with mid-market firms ($1-10B AUM) preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strategic mindset and interest in long-term value creation
