Compensation That Rewards Performance
- Base Pay: $2,500/month (guaranteed)
- Tiered Commission (on monthly closed revenue):
- $0 – $99,999 → 5%
- $100K – $149,999 → 6%
- $150K – $199,999 → 7%
- $200K – $249,999 → 8%
- $250K+ → 10%
This structure means the hungrier you are, the faster you climb the tiers, and the bigger your paycheck becomes.
Example Earnings
- 3 Deals (~$90K revenue): $7,000 total pay
- 4 Deals (~$120K revenue): $9,700 total pay
- 5 Deals (~$150K revenue): $13,000 total pay
- 7 Deals (~$210K revenue): $19,300 total pay
- 9 Deals (~$270K revenue): $29,500 total pay
