Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic financial service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing. This role requires proficiency in various digital tools and platforms to enhance our online presence and drive engagement across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO using various SEO tools to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and overseeing social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize Google Ads and Google AdWords for SEM campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to optimize ad spend effectively.
- Create compelling email marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences while utilizing marketing automation tools for efficiency.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to produce high-quality blog posts, articles, and other forms of content that align with our brand voice.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven analysis.
- Oversee e-commerce initiatives, ensuring a seamless user experience while optimizing conversion rates through effective conversion optimization techniques.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design projects, ensuring all visual content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve digital marketing efforts.
- Prepare client facing presentations and support our advisor team with their marketing needs
- Organize community events and client engagement gatherings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant technologies. Heavy emphasis on AI
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools is preferred.
- Strong skills in copywriting and content management systems (CMS) for effective content creation and management.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for B2B marketing is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with experience in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or similar software is advantageous.
