Job Summary:
Digital Media Specialist
We are seeking a motivated Digital Media Specialist to execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns and help manage and execute CRM (HubSopot) implementations for our law firm clients. This position is ideal for someone looking to further grow their skills in social media, CRM management, content creation, SEO/AIO and digital marketing as a whole. You will work closely with the digital marketing account management team to support client deliverables while taking your valuable experience in digital media strategy, execution, and performance analysis to the next level.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies with supervision from the Director of Digital Marketing. The strategies will be designed by our Client Strategy and Account Management teams. This includes various platforms such as social media, email campaigns, newsletters, LinkedIn Ads, uploading blogs, etc.
- Ad Creation: Support the creation of ad copy, graphics, and targeting strategies in collaboration with the creative and content teams. Help develop engaging content that aligns with client goals.
- Social Media Post Creation: Use Jasper and other resources to write social media posts for social media management on behalf of clients with supervision from the Project Manager. Use tools such as StoryChief, Asana, or Excel to manage social media calendars for posting and scheduling posts.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed and communicate the latest digital media trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities to present fresh ideas to the team.
- Campaign Support As Needed: Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of paid search (PPC), social media, and display advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all service delivery complies with company product policies, legal regulations, and client brand guidelines before launch.
- SEO/AIO: Implement Search Engine/AI Search Optimization tactics for clients on an as-needed basis under the supervision of our Director of SEO/AIO.
- Client Onboarding: Ensure new clients are welcomed to the company by leading the development of a unique onboarding procedure and implementing once finalized.
- Podcasts: Overseeing the process of uploading podcasts, ensuring they are published successfully, and optimizing podcast pages
- Hubspot: Assist the project management for HubSpot projects and support clients, work with project teams to ensure proper requirements are gathered, documented, and implemented
- Project Management: Manage project plans in Ansana, help team members stay on track with their tasks and deliver weekly or bi-weekly status reports to all stakeholders
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, including internships or entry-level positions focused on digital media marketing, social media management, paid media, or digital advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with the legal industry or legal marketing experience is preferred but not required.
Abilities:
- High attention to detail, particularly in content creation, campaign setup, and project planning.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, shows up to work and meetings on time, meets deadlines for deliverables.
- Intellectual curiosity – an interest in learning new ideas, skills, and concepts
- SEO/AIO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO/AIO and how it complements paid search strategies is a plus.
- Creative Input: Interest in collaborating on creative concepts for ads, including copywriting or design input.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Databox, and other reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn ad campaigns.
- Familarity with CRM systems, expecially HubSpot. Would love you to have a HubSpot Certification, such as Social Media Management, Email Marketing, Software Certified
- Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of social media management tools such as StoryChief
- Knowledge of project management tools such Asana
- Knowledge of podcast systems such as Casted and Co-Host
- Strong interest in analyzing data, interpreting campaign performance, and making data-driven recommendations.

Salary:
- We are interviewing candidates starting at $50K in annual compensation, commensurate with experience.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
