What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client satisfaction through tools like Zoom, Gmail, Google Drive, texting, and phone calls.
- Onboard clients and projects, defining scope, timelines, processes, and deliverables in ClickUp, while updating and managing tasks to ensure accurate tracking of progress and client requests.
- Proactively manage project execution by scheduling and attending onboarding & kickoff meetings, client touchpoints, and scope change discussions, while monitoring timelines, resolving bottlenecks, and mitigating risks to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all creative work undergoes necessary reviews, approve edits, and serve as the final reviewer before delivery to clients.
- Manage the client approval process, relaying feedback to internal teams and ensuring flawless execution.
- Conduct post-project follow-ups to identify additional client needs and pitch new services to drive growth for Greenbaum Stiers.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives as required by clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to transition projects from sales to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and proactively communicating timeline changes, project updates, and client feedback to ensure alignment and cohesive results.
- Monitor project budgets to ensure financial alignment and cost-effective delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of client/account management experience preferred, with a strong emphasis on adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- General knowledge of advertising, branding, graphic design, web development, and social media.
- Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management software, or a strong willingness to learn ClickUp, as it is integral to agency operations..
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with comfort making phone calls and handling client correspondence via text and email.
- Strong organizational skills with a deadline-driven mindset and sense of urgency.
- Strong problem-solving, de-escalation, and mediation skills to manage client and team dynamics effectively.
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales teams, to align on client needs and project goals.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., prompting and correcting AI outputs) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and knowledge-based pre-hire assessment.
