Position Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Closer to join our expanding U.S. sales team. You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into new customers. Your ideal clients will include enterprises, ministries, media companies, brands, and other content creators who are interested in launching or expanding their OTT channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads who are already interested in launching or scaling OTT/streaming channels.
- Present our OTT platform’s value proposition, features, monetization options, etc., in a compelling way.
- Build rapport and establish trust with decision-makers (founders, media managers, executives).
- Effectively handle objections and negotiate to close new customer contracts.
- Collaborate with product/support teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipelines, and forecasts in CRM.
Qualifications
- Past experience closing deals (B2B or B2C) with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills: confident speaking with decision-makers; able to present well on video calls.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, punctual, and reliable.
- Comfortable in a commission-driven environment.
- Ability to look professional and be well-presented on camera.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn & adapt; high ambition.
Compensation & What We Offer
- Base pay + uncapped commission.
- High commission payout (50%) on sales.
