Job Description
We are seeking to hire a Mechanical Engineer as we continue to grow our engineering team. This position will involve working in the following areas:
- Sales & Customer Technical Support
- New Product Development
- Production Support
- Safety Support
Responsibilities

- Designs for new products
- Design and construct prototypes for beta testing, customer demonstration, and validation of the design’s manufacturability
- Perform engineering calculations to support design work
- Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering team members to develop innovative solutions
- Work with our vendors and contractors when technical support is required
- Track and document design process and project development
Required Qualifications
- Alignment with company values
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude

- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated worker
- Established mathematical ability in calculus, trigonometry, and statistics
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field
- 2-5 years of experience working in engineering and or manufacturing
- Firm understanding of engineering concepts
- Experience designing mechanical systems and products
- Experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Experience in the HVAC industry

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,055.87 - $72,325.35 per year
