Responsibilities
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes with DFM principles.
- Identify required tooling, equipment, and fixtures.
- Analyze workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams.
- Maintain and update process documentation and training materials.
- Support special projects and implement Lean/Six Sigma methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $92,495.41 - $111,392.32 per year
