About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll manage client IT environments, workstations, servers, and networks, while also maintaining our MSP security software stack to keep businesses protected.
What You’ll Do
- Install, configure, and maintain customer devices and networks
- Manage security tools (antivirus, EDR/MDR, intrusion detection, etc.)
- Be the first point of contact for client IT issues—remote and onsite
- Document systems, configurations, and support activities
- Stay current on technology trends and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree in IT/Computer Science or 2+ years of tech support experience
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN)
- Familiarity with security software and IT best practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, MSP environments, and EDR/MDR solutions
- Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals)
