Kelly Engineering is proud to partner with a fast-growing company in Lodi, WI, to offer an exciting opportunity for a Junior Process Engineer. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to products that improve lives, while being part of a collaborative, innovative, and supportive team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate new product and process initiatives, from concept through implementation.
- Investigate and resolve process-related challenges, ensuring high-quality and efficient operations.
- Partner with Production teams to troubleshoot issues related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and product design.
- Serve as the plant liaison during trials and product development activities.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable process improvements.
- Identify, propose, and lead projects that increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies into existing manufacturing environments.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (required).
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams.
