We're on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant to join us at NIA the Brand, who’s eager to dive into the fast-paced world of fashion. This full-time, in-office role is all about working hand in hand with our Marketing Manager and Creative Director to bring bold ideas to life. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and tools as needed.
- Assist on photoshoots and content days. Capturing content both on-camera and behind the scenes.
- Work on visual and copy-related tasks across all social channels to maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic.
- Support campaigns by brainstorming ideas that align with the brand’s vision and values.
- Be comfortable filming try-ons and styling videos, bringing personality into the brand’s storytelling.
Social Media
- Manage day-to-day activity across Instagram and TikTok.
- Assist with the maintenance of our monthly content calendar.
- Handle community engagement on both social platforms.
- Assist with performance analysis.
- Contribute to content creation that drives brand growth and audience connection.
Influencer Marketing
- Conduct influencer research, outreach, and relationship management.
- Track collaborations, coordinate details, and oversee PR packaging.
Additional Responsibilities
- Write engaging copy for social, email, and web with attention to SEO.
- Provide cross-functional team support when needed.
- Travel for tradeshows x2 a year.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, social media, or other related field
- 1–3 years of work experience in marketing, social media, or PR (fashion or related industries)
- Passion for content creation, social media and all things fashion
- Understanding of Instagram, Tiktok, and Pinterest
- Strong visual and creative sense
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Able to create copy for socials with a fun, relatable tone
- Comfort and enthusiasm for being on-camera to film fashion related content and engage with social audience
- Proficient with Canva, Capcut, Google Suite and in-app editing
- Organized, detailed-oriented, and strong time-management skills
The base salary range for this position is $22-$25/hour. Exact base salary will be determined by experience, skills, education, and budget.
