Position Available: Sales/Design Representative
Summary: Premier Pools and Spas is the largest swimming pool design and build company in the world. Our newest franchise, the Colorado branch, has an exciting opportunity to build your net worth while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

As a design/sales rep, you will own your career, learning how to utilize strong design fundamentals (utilizing one of the best 3D modeling programs in the industry) and honest, open sales strategies to increase our base of business. You can expect a lot of interesting days here at Premier Pools and Spas. On one day, you may be measuring a mountainside yard with breathtaking views, and the next day you may be assessing a lakeside yard in the Denver metro area. One thing we’ll guarantee is that you’ll never be bored, and you’ll constantly be challenged. This truly is a company where, if you work your tail off, you will be rewarded immensely.

Responsibilities:
Follow-up on all leads (you will be supplied with a weekly list of interested customers) and set your own appointments
Design your customers dream swimming pool in their backyard using 3D technology (training will be provided)
Present your design to customers in their home and go over all pertinent details of the pool
Sign contracts with customer and serve as one of several points of contact for them during the process of building
Solicit positive reviews and make sure clients are happy with their investment
Any and all other duties as assigned.
Designers must conceptualize, design, price, present, and gain commitment for a swimming pool or related backyard construction projects.
Meet with customers and explain features and merits of pool ownership. After gathering customer’s needs and expectations, designs and recommends a backyard pool utilizing professional and persuasive sales techniques. After initial customer meeting, conducts scheduled follow up until pool is sold, or until the customer is no longer interested in pool ownership.
A designer presents the company, marketing and related sales information to customers in a planned presentation format.
Attends sales appointments as assigned. May participate in marketing events such as seminars, home shows, and telemarketing events. Attends weekly sales meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
Compensation: You will be paid at a rate of $1,000 per week for the first 8 weeks of your employment. This is considered your “training” period and will consist of you shadowing another design rep and learning from them. After that 8 weeks, you will be compensated at a rate of 5% of total revenue per pool. A realistic OTE for year 1 in this role is 60-70k, year 2 averages over 100k.
Breakdown Example: Average Swimming Pool costs between 80,000-120,000, meaning your commission would be $4,000+ PER pool sold and dug. There is very high earning potential in this position. Many sales reps with Premier Pools and Spas franchises earn well over $100k per year.
