- Developing a strategic roadmap to address emerging threats and customer needs in the Electronic Warfare arena.
- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective product lifecycle management.
- Shaping and supporting business development initiatives, contributing to compelling proposals that resonate with client requirements.
- Ensuring coordinated integration across departments to uphold performance and risk management standards.
- Engaging clients and stakeholders in discussions that drive technological innovations and long-term planning.
- Keeping abreast of the latest RF and EW technological advancements to incorporate transformative solutions.
**What You Bring: **
- Citizenship and eligibility for security clearance in the United States.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s is advantageous).
- Over a decade of experience in the defense, aerospace, or technology sectors, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
- Expertise in RF systems and proficiency in technical programming languages, such as Python.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with RF testing tools and PCB designs.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.

- Experience with antenna design, RF front-end testing, and electromagnetic simulation tools.
- An advanced degree in a technical field.
