Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead initiatives across our Accessories, Siding, and Specialty product categories. This role is pivotal in building remarkable partnerships through the development and execution of comprehensive marketing programs tailored to the needs of builders, roofers, installers, contractors, and siders in every market we serve.
Setting the Strategic Direction
- Define and drive the marketing strategy for Accessories, Siding, and Specialty categories.
- Develop integrated programs with digital, print, sample, and display components.
- Align marketing initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
- Create category-specific initiatives to build remarkable partnerships across all segments.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
Leading the Marketing Team
- Inspire and guide the marketing team to execute high-impact campaigns.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand managers, sales, and product teams.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize team output for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership, ideally within the building materials industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with a passion for building programs that resonate with diverse audiences.
