Summary:
The main function of a sales operation’s analyst is to support business performance via data driven recommendations to drive efficiency and alignment across the org. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. This role requires the candidate to have multiple skills including sales analytics, business analytics, and program management.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain communication across business units.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics and offer insights to be communicated on a weekly, quarterly, and monthly basis.
Oversee new product launch activities, ensuring that milestones are met and that there's alignment across the organization.
Establish and/or improve business processes, document and lead process adoption and change management.
Track budgets and expenditures, monitor transactions and costs against budgets.

Must-Have Skills:

5-7 years of experience
Operations experience
Project management experience
Strong written and verbal presentation skills
Data analysis and data entry experience
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed
Analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Industry product knowledge / Ecomm experience
Product launch experience
Account knowledge and data insights

Soft Skills:

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and strong time management skills
Strong organizational skills
Adaptability to ambiguity / creative thinking

Educational:

Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, or relevant field required

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $50.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
