Role Overview
ZaapIT is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in expanding market presence and accelerating revenue growth. In this role, you will develop and execute effective sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong customer relationships. You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, presenting our value proposition to prospects, negotiating deals, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
This is a remote, full-time position, ideal for a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across key segments and geographies.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos that effectively communicate ZaapIT’s value.
- Lead contract negotiations, manage deal cycles, and close opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through accurate forecasting and CRM tracking.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize retention.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support lead generation, customer enablement, and ongoing product innovation.
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Native-level English is mandatory, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, called calling or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of CRM solutions, preferably with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while consistently meeting targets and deadlines.
- Background in SaaS or technology sectors strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
