As a remote Entry-Level Design Project Coordinator, you will assist in managing design and production projects from initial client briefing through to delivery. You’ll act as the point of contact for internal designers, clients, vendors, and production teams. You will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the quality standards expected by GOM Graphics.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review client project briefs; clarify and document project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce graphic mockups, signage layouts, and renderings.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams (design, production, fulfillment) to facilitate smooth handoffs and updates.
- Track project timelines and deadlines; use project management tools to maintain visibility into progress.
- Maintain project documentation: designs, revisions, approvals, communication logs.
- Ensure quality control: check proofs, review files for production readiness.
- Assist in preparing quotes or cost estimates under supervision.
- Manage vendors/suppliers: gather materials, confirm specifications, follow up on shipping/production as needed.
- Help troubleshoot issues that arise (e.g. production delays, design revisions), escalating when needed.
- Support post‐project review: collect feedback, prepare summaries of what went well and what can be improved.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfort interacting with clients.
- Detail-oriented: accuracy in proofs, following specifications.
- Self-motivated, reliable, able to work independently in a remote environment.

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per year
