About the Position:
Authority Income Accelerator, is looking for a driven, dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll have a front-row seat (and major responsibility/autonomy) at one of the top consulting companies in the world. You’ll be on the sales team working directly with Justin Saunders, Alec Rappleyea and his team of A players to take calls & close deals consistently. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, the ability to engage with customers effectively and a passion for sales, likes to go above and beyond, and wants to be part of the company’s success and growth. Responsibilities
- Conduct and host Sales Calls to prospective clients (generated from our Social Media campaigns).
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and sales processes to communicate value effectively.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new customers.
- Utilize our CRM, Platforms, Systems to manage sales reports, documentation and to track, report and organize interactions, sales activities, manage leads, pipeline progress, results and maintain accurate records of calls taken. .
- Collaborate and communicate with the sales/marketing team with any update and opportunity to develop improvements and enhance customer acquisition strategies.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
Skills
- Proven experience in the High Ticket Sales/Appointment Setting/Lead Generation/Sales Industries
- English Proficiency C1 and above (if bilingual).
- Strong skills in sales/closings techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and team confident and effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, contributing positively to team dynamics.
- A team player, extremely detail oriented, organized and highly motivated.
- Open to learn more and develop sales knowledge. (Always investing in yourself and practicing to level up your sales game).
- Empathetic, kind, compassionate, but strong - you'll be hearing some of the deepest darkest pains from our clients and must create a safe space for them to open up - zero judgment zone.
Growth Path & Goal:
- Within 3 months: Steady at $4k–$8k/monthWith consistency: $30k/month+ possible for elite closers
- Program goal: $200k/month revenue, meaning massive opportunity for top performers
- Direct coaching from our top closer (47% close rate, $4M+ closed)
- Opportunities to attend masterminds in locations like Miami, Bahamas, Ibiza, and Bali (when hitting KPIs)
